Lineup: Doolies vs. Opals

Here's the lineup for tomorrow:

1. Kazemi, RF
2. Walkowitz, CF
3. Ward, LF
4. Williams, 2B
5. Benvenuto, SS
6. Toal, C/DH
7. Sangiorgi, P/DH
8. Spagnuolo, 1B
9. Germinario, RF (right-center)
10. Pullman 3B
11. Gostissa, RF/DH
12. Mailly, C/DH
13. Pezzimenti, P/DH

I'm pretty sure that everyone will be there tomorrow. If someone isn't going to be there, we'll just erase that name and move everyone up a slot.

It's painfully obvious from the comment sections to prior lineup posts that we have some guys who are very, very sensitive about how their position is listed in the lineup. So for some of the ladies complaining about how they were listed, I gave everyone a position on the lineup "card".

We finally get to welcome back 3B Jason Pullman, which is a boon to the infield to say the least. His return will move Mase to the outfield, with Willy staying at 2B. The defense was terrific last week, and the addition of Pullman should take us to an even higher level.

We're 2-0 and have scored 25 runs over those two games so it's certainly no time to panic and make wholesale lineup changes. If we keep playing decent defense we'll put up enough runs to win. Defense is the key.

See you at 6pm at Finch.

  1. How do you not post the starters? how do you know who is starting this is silly to say the least.... I see myself more as a SS than a C my game can not be limited to a position with one letter next to it....that is disrespectful to say the least....And i want peoples feelings hurt thats the whole reason we have this blog...SO please relist with the starters.....Thanks a million sorry for the inconvienance!

  2. Hahaha... Let's be honest, we all know who the sensitive guy that I was talking about is. So you should probably pipe down instead of complaining...... again.

You want to play shortstop? Be my guest. It would be hysterical.
