The sign of a truly great team is one that can win in many different ways. The 2010 Doolies won close games early in the season versus the Stiffies and Gas House. They have overcome self-inflicted adversity against the Opals. They scored SIXTY ONE runs in just two weeks against the Fire and Cruel Shoes. And while missing two of their best players (for offense and defense), the Doolies show excellent versatility and depth going into the Independence Day break by shutting down a team offensively with great pitching and defense. Jason Pullman stole the show at third base but Brian Toal played an excellent left field while the man they call Face made sure no balls were hit his way.
