Initial Team Shorts Mockup
I don't think anyone is going to love this initial mockup, but it could be worse. A simple change of the colors to a camo theme would make a world of difference since Mets colors make me slightly nauseous right now. Mailly has said we're not taking full advantage of what these guys claim they can do, so if anyone (read: Chachi and Toal) have outrageous ideas now is the time to speak up.
My personal suggestion would be to drop the number, get the right colors on there and possibly ask someone to design a better logo. Everyone hated the bird on the shirt a few years back, I get a feeling nobody is gonna like it on the shorts.

Can we get the Doolies writing in Camo? that would look sweet. Also, if these guys are sooooo creative then I'll take a diamond-backed rattlesnake wrapped around my right short leg, thanks.
ReplyDeleteI think we go with a design like this. Camo down the sides and the logos all over the shorts like the pair in this picture. http://www.lacrosseunlimited.com//index.cfm/p/3/c/257/pid/1970
ReplyDeletedef would like the doolies writing in camo!!!! not so sure if the rattlesnake or a big moist beak right over the ole bracciole area would be better.... what do u think? those shorts look crazy with the stuff all over them
ReplyDeleteAlright, so we have come up with this for the shorts. If we get some good feedback we can go with it.
ReplyDeleteWe will take the Doolies logo and put it all over the shorts like the horseshoe in this picture. The shorts will be black with the logo outlined in a handful of colors.

Down the side we go with the argyle print in khaki and green with a white background. http://www.thelaxhut.com/Maryland-Argyle-Lacrosse-Shorts-p-514.html
Ok sounds good.
